Chase's Grille and Wingery

So just happens to be right down the street and never knew this place exist. I am very picky when it comes to wings. But I ordered their 10 piece wings basket chase special sauce and Cajun fries. I am very pleased great food staff and cozy inside. It's hard to get 4 or 5 stars out of me. Definitely coming back to see if the rest of the flavors taste just as good.

The wings took 30 minutes and came out very dry and over cooked. Was told it takes longer to cook to order with fresh ingredients. Well someone should figure out how long to cook a fresh wing because this was the worst I’ve had anywhere. We’ve been here several times in the past and it was slow but the wings were good. I won’t go back again.

Had the “wing platter”- I’m from New Orleans and if you can get past the Falcons memorabilia on the walls you will LOVE this place. The food was so good that I started to ignore the dirty birds everywhere. That is saying something! There is an art to frying food- get the wings NAKED and get only one sauce on the side AnA- it is “take a gallon home” delicious!! Also had the “ranch” fries... yummy! Slather me in AnA sauce and kill me!!!

It depends on who's working on the day you go whether you get good service or not. I went with some friends a couple months ago and the wings were amazing. They were cooked perfectly and the Waiter kept our drinks full. I took my family Saturday and the the service was totally opposite. Wings were overcooked and our drinks would be sitting empty for a while before our waitress got over and refill. Crazy part was when I was with my friends it was super busy and our Waiter was on it, Saturday was slow and our waitress was basically non-existent. There was a wing on my plate where it literally looked like someone took a bite out of it and put it in the plate, I showed my waitress and said look like someone bit it. She just laughed and said naw i assure you it wasn't and walked off. When they on, it's the best. Check it out for yourself

Service is slow maybe because they cook all orders fresh. Food was great!

Wow..not a Pleasant Experience after the Holidays (3rd). Rude and bad attitude turn away Friday night at 7pm. We were first told no tables and have to wait an hour... Not a problem (even though it was a 75th birthday celebration for my mom); but then we were told that even if we waited that they were having a shortage of wings and probably would not have enough for us... What? A Wingery place with no wings - Absurd you say? Don't get me wrong, I love this place. We have referred numerous friends and clients. They have great wings and other food as well. Chase's momma (super sweet) usually always greets us and chats us up for awhile every time we go... But this time, she and Chase were on vacation for the holidays. I must say - be careful who you leave in charge while your gone! Breaking bad news to your patrons is tough enough, but to throw in a rude attitude on top of that is AWFUL.

Good food and comfortable, inviting atmosphere near downtown Norcross. I highly recommend trying Chase's at least once.Over several visits we have had issues with kitchen availability (oven was broke, so minimal menu) and service. The restaurant is staffed with younger servers and the older manager/owner verbally scolds servers in the middle of the restaurant on more than one occasion. This made us very uncomfortable and turned us off to Chase's altogether.Also an odd curiosity: they don't have diet pop.

I would give a negative star if I could! Our group of six opened the front door at 9:20pm to get a couple of drinks and float back out. We had not even walked in the door when a very rude woman told us they were closed. The door said 10pm. Google said 10pm. Their website says 10pm. If you are going to close almost an hour early, don't get an attitude when potential paying customers walk in the door. We will NEVER bring our business here again.

Relaxed farm-to-table restaurant in a quiet part of town. Everyone on the job conveyed a sense of pride in their establishment, which I appreciated.I had a Large Hobo Salad - still not sure what exactly was in the dressing, but it was delicious. Everything was as fresh as advertised. I also tried a chicken wing and some fries (both well above average quality). I can't recall which item I tried to order that I was told wasn't available, but these kinds of things are expected from time to time at smaller places (and still happen regularly at chains, so can't knock off too much for this!).

When I want the best wings on the planet, I go to Chase’s. Everything there is great! It’s also the cleanest restaurant on the planet. Never seen anything, but a 100 on the healths score. Makes me feel most comfortable about eating there. I drive 30 mins to eat there. You should too!

This place is fabulous! I love supporting local small businesses. The space is small, so the seating is tight, but it's worth it! I enjoyed the live music too. And the wings and fries are some of the best around--and I am way picky about my wings (and pizza!)! Miss Audra (Chase's Mom) made the rounds to all the tables to ensure everyone was happy with their meals and service. Food and service was terrific! And it helps that it has decent parking, as I drive a tank (F-150) and hate going out because I can never find adequate parking anywhere! Try this place, you won't be disappointed!

Best wings I’ve had since moving to Atlanta. Tried the medium buffalo and the Maui Waui sauce. Delicious, big wings.

Good place to get wings when open to public. I had their mild sauce on chicken wings and my mouth felt like it was on fire. Heavens knows what the hottest sauce would be like. For those who like hot, this is the place. I found their wings good w/o any sauce. The restaurant itself is very small inside. You may find it closed to the public when sold out to a private event. Thought to eat there before Lionheart Theatre play only to be told closed and not open till after 8pm. Best to call ahead and ask if open at whatever time you'd like to eat there.

The couple that owns this restaurant are so friendly and you can tell that they take pride in what they do and it shows. The wings here are the best wings I've had in GA! Every wing is HUGE! The sauces are so good and the buffalo muffins are to die for! My favorite wings are the lemon pepper wings. They are loads tastier and lemony-er than Wild Wing Cafe, Wing Factory and Taco Mac's lemon pepper wings. I only wish they were closer to my house.

Great wings!!! Went here based on TripAdvisor. The staff was very nice and friendly. The wings were fried really well and tasted great! Everything we ordered was good (pizza, wings, and fries). I would definitely recommend. Location was good too because it's downtown in a nicer area.
