Charming place w friendly service and good food. I wasn't feeling well so I ordered the oatmeal and was pleasantly surprised by the muffin like taste. My friend had a hearty casserole and we were both very happy.

Maryland omelette with hash browns was delicious. Thank you for the warm chocolate chip cookie as well!!!

In bmore for a night, went here Saturday morning. Appears to be a place where locals go. Appreciate they're open earlier (8am). Clean, no frills breakfast food. Got the Gold Rush casserole for 7$. Joey would say: "Sausage, good! Hash, good! Eggs with white sauce, good!" Would 💯 return.

Wow! Charmed it's a great little place with great food and great service. When I say that it is a bit pricey, I also have to say that you get what you pay for, both quality and quantity. We had egg sandwiches with bacon, cheese, tomato, and avocado on toast. The sandwiches were delicious! Perfectly prepared and expertly assembled, it is arguably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Add in a scone or a cookie, along with a chip of coffee, and you have the perfect brunch. Well done Charmed.

Hey Mt. Vernon community! If you aren't getting your day started with breakfast here, you're truly missing out. First of all they open at 6am compared to others in the area, so you know the coffee is hot and the smell of fresh baked scones is in the air. From omelettes to breakfast sandwiches to pancakes like mom used to make (with chocolate chips inside) Charmed will charm you the minute you walk in. Come back for lunch too as their menu is full of tasty and filling burgers, sandwiches and more! And best of all the service is top notch from Danae and her team. Speaking of team, this place oozes Baltimore pride. You can't go wrong here. Charmed is here to stay. When you eat here, you'll agree.

Great little breakfast/lunch restaurant with tasty food and friendly service. Got the Baltimore Chicken sandwich with fries, a soda, and a chocolate chip cookie for $15. Chicken was well cooked and seasoned and fries were flavorful. Cookie was homemade and tasted great. Atmosphere was comfortable, spacious, and chock full of Baltimore spirit. Classic rock music heard from the kitchen, large windows filling the place with natural light, and a nice street view made my meal a sensory experience. Bathrooms clean, stocked, and decorated with nice fragrance. An affordable breakfast/lunch venue where management clearly has an ear to customer wants/needs.

My first visit to Charmed was well worth it!! I had a breakfast sandwich that was insanely delicious! Their attention and care to detail is phenomenal; from food taste and nutrition to restaurant atmosphere to friendly customer service is level 10 👌🙌

I've been wanting to try this new spot for a while, and I was not disappointed. I had the Baltimore Chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. Only two down-sides for me, 1) the wait to get my food was pretty long. Seems I arrived just after a large party, so it was a longer than expected wait, 2) my order came with a side option (fruit, fries or salad) and I chose a salad, but they ran out. So I had fries, which we're good. I'll have to try it once more before I give it a better rating.

A good solid breakfast reasonably priced. Just know that the Saturday menu is less extensive than the weekdays. Again, it's good quality n flavor, quick, and they are very friendly! If there was one thing that disappoints me, it's the bacon because it's rather flimsy w ok flavor, not a particularly hearty cut and I luv bacon!
