Charlotte's Tea Room

My mom took me for a late birthday present. We has the tea for two in the library. Loved it. You get to pick your room,the tea was fantastic and the food simple and wonderful. My new favorite place for my mom and i.

Food, tea and employees were excellent

The food was great, the service not so much. One server for the entire place and she was overwhelmed and over worked. We even made a reservation. When it came time for dessert we ordered pots of hot tea, a pot for one and the other other a large pot for 3. We are our entire dessert and never did we get our hot tea. The server never came by the table to say anything, not even check on if we liked the desserts, she was too busy to. When we finally saw her we just asked for the check. She never said a word about our tea, it was like we never ordered it. She just brought us our check. We paid and left a little disappointed.

Loved loved loved this place! I've only been to two other tea places in Florida, NY and this by far is the BEST one. The staff is so welcoming and super sweet! The tea room had such a delightful ambiance! I would highly recommend coming to the place for a yummy cup of tea and delicious pastries! I will be definitely be coming back again! :)

Service was good. Food could be improved. Scones we're great!

Food is good and service pleasant enough IF you can manage to get there during their very limited hours of operation. They are supposed to be open until 4 pm. It used to be, like most restaurants, they would seat you up to 4 pm and take your order. Then one day I showed up at 3:30 and they said the kitchen just closed. Just now I called them as I was literally 2 minutes from them and the clock said 3:29. I explained I was 2 minutes away--around the corner. Could I possibly be seated? Woman who answered the phone sharply replied, "No! The kitchen is closed so we can close at 4 pm!" I am going to seriously reconsider going back there. There are many other fine establishments in Warwick to eat that won't turn away customers. I was only asking for forgiveness for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. So long, Charlotte!

Very cute place for a light meal

Lovely Tea Room, decorated so beautifully. Many teas to choose from and delicious scones. Mini sandwiches are delicious. Very friendly and welcoming.

Adorable. Suitable for a small group. Their tea selections are vast and their tea sandwiches are tasty.

Beautiful place with nice atmosferic tea house decoration inside and outside seating in the porch. Excelent service and tasty sweets. The 5 starts are just for that. The tea itself had quite bland flavour. We had a large pot of english breakfast and let it rest more than enough. It seem they poured too much water or too little tea leaves. Luckily, something very easy to fix if they take note.

The perfect tea setting and the perfect atmosphere. The food was delicious! Try the blueberry scone!!

The service was terrific. The food was very good, especially the raspberry salad dressing. Will definitely go again.

Over priced. The place is outdated first of all it might have been great when it opened but a update is needed. Secondly I went in to purchase scones and well 15 dollars later for only 3 that aren't even worth it. There ok not to make me go back. The place is rather small and cramped up. You can hear the conversation from the other tables. Staff seem very helpful. Skip if you can.

Great little place for some tea. Great selection of teas. Love the atmosphere. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I think I found my favorite tea spot.
