A great place to come after hiking in Bryce Canyon! Ordered the sampler for 2 but they had run out of ribs so they gave us extra of the other meats. Usually don't love BBQ chicken but this one had great smoky flavor and was still pretty moist! Sausage was a little salty for my taste. The fried pickles were super crispy and the beans were sweet. Don't miss the cinnamon butter for the corn bread and a mini cone to top it all off!

Here's the deal. This BBQ joint has earned best of state over and over and over and there's a reason. The food is downright excellent. Thing is you just don't expect to find such good BBQ in a small town like Cedar City. The burnt ends are always on point, the fry-chos are a must try (you can get them with cauliflower instead of fries if you want a "healthier" option) and don't pass up on the great assortment of sauces. Oh and did I mention the exceptionally friendly staff and reasonable prices?
