Hot food made to order... fresh everytime ... cln facility... friendly staff... reasonably priced.... philly steak all time favorite ... crispy lettuce ...mushrooms... onions ...tomatoes amd green peppers are the best...ketchup and mayonnaise and other condiments upon request... the location at South Orange Blossom trail-Whisper Glen/Ginger Mill location.

This is a franchise store, they donâ€™t do the sandwich the same nor customer service is good either. I visit once and didnâ€™t buy anything because the cashier and the manager Service was poorly. I donâ€™t recommend it. People should pay to get good quality of food and service.

Seems like an arbitrary thing to be upset about. It would be silly for a restaurant to intentionally give You other than what You wanted. Perhaps it is time for You to do an introspective about the way You are communicating your requests and the ways You ensure they are fulfilled. This place can get busy and mistakes happen, but it is in their interest and yours to get it right. The end result is worth it. Charley's Rocks.
