Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Tasted really good.

They food was sooooooo good i could even pay attention to the elephant back man sitting vehind me or the projector screen forehead lady On my right. Lmao. But the food was awesome. Even the new guy who didnt know how to give me my order. Lol but no foreal the food is great. And the guy from baby gap told us about it and we took his word and boy am i glad. It was cold but the food was good.

Ate at the Norfolk outlet spot.... The cheese wasn't melted and everyone of the cooks told the person making my sub That she said it is 50 melted. This is unsatisfactory! But I was so hungry I took it and guess what the 50 percent cheese never melted and I didn't eat it all. It was a waste of my money if I wanted a cold sandwich I would have went to Jimmy Johns. The best thing about the experience was the fry seasoning. Won't be coming back.

Loved the chicken philly mini with fries. The chicken tasted and smelled fresh. The service was quick and courteous.The food court of the outlet mall was not too busy when we visited. There are three open places in the outlet food court this was the only one that had a bunch of folks lining in front of during lunch time today so I decided to eat there.Not a bad decision the bread was toasted nice and the meaty part was done on a griddle separately and then put on the bread and garnished on with the items I asked for. First time, I ordered a meal for my family and I and they forgot my order, so I had to wait in line again. I shook it off, figuring they were just getting their feet off the ground. On my second visit, they forgot my kids chili fries and literally grabbed some fries out of another person's hands and handed them to me. Of course I said no, make me another batch! They never want to give you trays and the condiments need to be moved to provide room for people to pick their orders up. Ultimately the venue is too small for the amount of business it receives.

Definitely expecting alot more. Not very flavorful.

I order off of Door dash my food is always dry and sloppy made.
