Listen, not sure what this other single reviewer experienced, or why ? Sometimes, unfortunately these things do happen. However, 46 years as Executive Chef, in Resorts,hotels, and a couple of independent restaurants, all around these United States ! all right the screen locked up on me and I don't know how to finish this. However this is the best rendition i have had anywhere at anytime and I'm here to tell you I was raised in Bucks County a few miles north west of Philly I am a nationally certified chef and culinary judge so I feel comfortable in saying this is a very good product,! Before they had the independent freestanding Restaurants & I oftentimes smuggle them out of the Atlanta airport! Enough said

Very yummy sandwiches, the staff are helpful and you can add and subtract toppings to your liking. We had the lemonade with a splash of sprite, they are great together. We went to the mall two days in a row, we came back for more from Charleys Philly Steaks the second day too. The bread was soft and tender. You can watch them make it and add you choice of extra seasoning. The fries were tasty. 😊😎

The food is great, but the staff isn't very friendly. They're not "rude," just not friendly. I still go regularly and use my punch card & survey rewards which make the food more worth the price.

Good food, and really good attention. Sometimes is not that fast but the sandwich are plenty of flavors, fries with cheese and beacon are the best.

Service is incredibly fast for hand made sandwiches even on their busy days I get my chicken California with gourmet fries in 5 minutes or less just about all the time definitely recommended food is delicious of course
