service took too long.. took me 30 minutes for them to make my sub when there were only 2 people in front of me. It’s called fast food for a reason

Want in looking for a Philly cheese steak. They had a great sample of fries, sandwich and chicken with a fountain drink got around $11. We enjoyed out meal in y hmm e dining room and the only reason they didn't get 5 ⭐ is due to the young man on the grill having his rear end hanging out from his pants sagging. Just sayin.... there's a time and place for that. Otherwise, a great spot to eat.

I ordered the Jalapeño Fries. They were so good. Establishment was very clean and in order. The best part of my visit was the staff. They are a bunch of crazies and I love it. They played Baby Shark for the kids and the other songs on the play list was awesome. Such a great experience I recommend this location highly.

If you've never tried Charleys before you're missing out! It's so good and always made right in front of you. The chicken philly is my favorite! Make it a combo because their fries are delicious! It's a little on the pricier side but it's 100% worth the extra money.

Food is ok for a Charley's, which is usually pretty good. Staff are really green and inexperienced, so placing an order can be really frustrating. They also do the toppings in a weird order. Hopefully they will get better with more practice.

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I came in today and waited 25 minutes to get my food. After it still not being called, I went up to ask for a refund. Instead of handling the situation the way it should have been handled, the “manager” and employees argued with me about how they had called my number and had even “watched me walk up to get it” Never once was my order number called out. I had even gone up to ask the individual making the subs if my order was being made before requesting a refund. In addition, I also had to WAIT for my refund after going up to ask. Sweeping the floor seemed more important. Funny enough, I wasn’t refunded the whole amount either. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely rude employees.
