I love this place!! The service is great the food is great and it's hardly any wait to get your food

This is the worst Charley's! The staff is always extremely unhelpful and slow. Just today we walked in and all of the workers were in the back of the restaurant, just talking and laughing. We waited at the register to order, but no one even acknowledged we were there! When we decided to leave, they just laughed! The restaurant itself has great food, but don't go to this one unless you want to wait forever for the sloths that worked there to even take your order.

Ordered through grubhub first time ever trying! Food was cold but decent! Got the wrong drinks doesnt match my receipt! I asked driver and he stated "it's all there" ..got inside to check actual food and we didnt get the sauces we ordered, no straws, and called multiple times to get busy signal!

They are not lying. They do have the #1 Philly cheese steak in the world! I didn't know such a fantastic culinary delight could be made here, in Columbus, in the form of a sub! I know they have many more locations. I will try each whenever I come across one. I don't care if I've just eaten. I'll get it for later!

I quite enjoy the cheese steaks here, I like the option to get a chicken cheese steak and not only a Philly (which they obviously also have). It's not a traditional cheese steak like Penn Station, but a nice alternative with sort of (for lack of a better description) liquid cheese. Their fries are only OK, they're a steak fry.Charley's also offers fantastic chicken strips. Everyone knows that Raising Cane's is the place to go for fast food chicken strips, but Charley's can definitely compete and offers other items on the menu and not just chicken strips.This location is adjacent to Bibibop (owned by the same person, Charley Shin) so you can swing through and get a vast array of food in a singular location if you see fit.

1 vehicle in front of me, sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes before pulling off. No greeting or what not. Must have been busy or something.The menu options do look fantastic though, and prices are definitely fair.

Definitely not #1 . Penn station blows it out of the water. Plus service at this location was not that great.

I order from here alot on doordash but lately the food had been cold and last time I literally had like 5 fries. I leave special instructions and they are not honored. I feel there's too many "teens" working there and they just don't care because I have been inside the restaurant a couple times. If my door dash driver won't be there for 30 minutes don't make my food right away and let it sit for 25 minutes you guys need to have someone specifically on delivery orders I'm sick of cold food other than that and the meat is sometimes too salty I love the pepperoni steak and the strawberry lemonade but its always room for improvement.

I was just not impressed at all, The Philly was small the Bread on the Bottom was Sliced so thin it was Falling Apart, The Sweet Tea Tasted like Straight Water .The only thing Good We're the Fries.

First off: They no longer sell chicken fingers, which were mediocre compared to Canes, only wings and cheesesteaks now.Went in while my wife was at Bibibop next door and bought the 8 piece boneless wings, and opted for the Nashville Hot sauce, and it was practically inedible. To start, the sauce was barely there and if that's what they consider Nashville Hot I'd love to know what I've been eating for years up until now. It barely tasted of anything, and left a bad taste in my mouth.The chicken was also overcooked to the point that most of the meat was almost brown inside. I ate a piece and a half before I had to stop and ended up throwing the rest away. The fries were okay, if bland, and the bread was overtoasted and unpleasant to eat. All in all a horrible meal and a waste of nearly ten dollars.Don't come here for the chicken, Canes is right down the road and 100x better.

There is nothing really special about their sandwich, but they are polite and service was fast.

Sheri, took our order and was extremely friendly and professional. She delivered our food to us then came back to clear away the tray, she did not have to do that! She really went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Chicken overcooked and hard. Fries barely warm. Order taker spoke very low and mumbled. When asked to repeat himself, he rolled his eyes and spoke even lower. When i didn't respond he made a snarky comment. Maybe that's why the food was subpar, but its definitely why I won't go back.

They used to have the best chicken at a fast food restaurant period. Way better than Raising Canes and that is saying something since that's all Canes does is chicken. Since my last visit they have changed the chicken. It tastes like low quality frozen chicken that was so rubbery I couldn't even eat it. So disappointed in this change and hope they decide to go back to the old chicken. You can see below the before and after of the chicken and how the quality went down.

Good but a little pricey IMO
