Charley's Grilled Subs

Good

This is for the one in West Oaks Mall in Ocoee. There are people just standing around with no for sure line, so I asked the employees where the line started when I walked up. The 3 guys working right now never acknowledged me or the other people waiting to order. Young workers more focused on talking to each other instead of the customer's. Myself and another lady just walked away without ordering.

A little on the pricey side for a mall food court restaurant, but so good and delicious. Well worth it.

I was heading to order a sandwich and saw the cook blowing his nose. Ewwwww he didn't even wash his hands! Scary, too bad because that's the only hot fresh food place in West Oaks Mall. Smh

It is a scam the prices the explanation is bad I was charged for a sandwich with fries and drink 4.99 and part 3.99 of a combo that I never understood for two pieces of sandwich I paid for 17.01 and they never explained to me well I bothered the lord of the grill more I never bought food there

There was a sign there today. No fries, no to go boxes, and several other things they didnt have to make the sandwiches properly. Sad. I went somewhere else to eat obviously!

Great customer service and extremely delicious sandwiches. I could eat there daily.

Pleasantly surprised. The cheese steaks were really good and the blueberry lemonade has real blueberries in it.

The grill was filthy!!! They overcooked my cheesesteak they didn't have any fries the employees didn't know what they were doing at all!!!
