I got a small philly cheese steak earlier today and there was a big hair in it. I went back and told one of the female employees and she said to just throw it away if I didnt want it. I couldn't get another sandwich to replace the one with hair in it either.

I got the chicken California and it was awful, poor taste and poor presentation. It looked like a product garbage.
