Charley's Grilled Subs

Worst experience ever today. Will never eat there again. Cash register lady rude, repeated the order 5 times. She got all wrong. Gave me cash back, took it from me again. Sandwiches were Wong twice and they all made it my fault. Other customers had to apologize to me after what they witnessed. The cook is touching his face, his nose, his clothes. Will never eat that as long as I live. I’m calling corporate Monday morning for the way I was treated.

The workers never washed their hands or changed their gloves when they were sweeping and then they went to touch my food. I stood there and watched and to have them rely, “what!” They handed me my food, which I didn’t eat. They forgot to give me my fries. I asked if the fries were ready and the started at me and said, “I don’t have an apron on 8 can’t get you, yo fries” a lady stepped in and got me some fries. They were under cooked and cold. I love Charley’s anywhere else, but this particular one is a NO GO! If I was a secret shopper or a heath inspector they would receive an F grading! Highly disappointed!

Good fries. Super inconsistent on how much you get...I spend $3 for 10 fries today, but last time I got them they filled up the to go box. Probably wont be going back if I'm spending that much for that littleEdit: I emailed them and never heard anything back.
