Delicious soup and salad. My mother and I were in for lunch. Salad was crisp and fresh, bleu cheese dressing not too heavy. I had cream of broccoli soup, which was full of flavor, but not too heavy. Mom had the day's special, Brunswick Stew. Delish! Nice amount of spice, good substance, she probably out ordered me. Server was friendly and adept.

One of the best restaurants in town for American style food. A large selection to choose from including, great steak, abundant sides, and plenty of other options. Crab cakes are personal favorite of mine!

The food is phenomenal, the outside seating is a pleasant dining atmosphere, the prices are great! However, service is a bit slow.

I have visited this restaurant a couple of times previously but we hosted a family event here with over 60 people. The service was phenomenal and considering the amount of food ordered, it arrived quickly with hardly any issues. The servers were excellent, everyone liked the food and enjoyed themselves. We recommend Charlie's for a regular evening or in a group setting - you will have a good time!

Great food, great service, nice atmosphere - it's a great place for a casual dinner or for a date night.

Travel back to a 1990 swanky sports bar atmosphere... Friendly service and Kelly green furniture... Great prime rib sandwich but the wings were a bit spongy.

We hosted our sons wedding rehearsal dinner at Charley’s. Our group was large, filling their private room. The private room was a quaint setting to mingle with friends and family. The service staff was organized, friendly, confident, and obviously experienced. Everyone raved that their dinners were delicious and served hot. Charley’s Restaurant would definitely be our recommendation for a private group event.

Planning a surprise birthday party is a challenge, but planning it 500 miles away is daunting...unless you have your event at a professional, helpful, friendly restaurant! The staff at Charley's went above the call of duty to make sure my Mother's 90th birthday party was perfect. The food was wonderful, their private room is beautiful, but their entire staff made this an event to remember! Thank you, Charley's, for everything!

The food was good in the past, this time around is was under-cooked and the salad is always rotten. The waitress spent more time helping regulars and talking to them than coming over and asking us for anything. When we need to ask for refills, menus, the table to be cleaned etc. there is a problem. If you want to just help your regular, you may want to only open for them and not let in new customers. It's inconsiderate. The restaurant has a moldy smell, bugs flying around everywhere and bathrooms need to be cleaned more often.

The food was good. Staff is friendly and attentive. And the menu is reasonably priced for what you get.

Service was pretty quick. I have no idea what my waiters name was because he didn’t tell me. My ribeye steak was over cooked, tough and extremely bland. My son enjoyed his ribs though. Not sure I’ll go back.

The bread alone is worth a visit not to mention the food is always a nice sized portion.

I got my steak medium rare, it was closer to well. Our waitress never came back to see how our meals came out. The waitress barely interacted with us. She did not have a friendly attitude. At the end of the dinner, come to find out she's put gratuity on the check. For a table of 6! No wonder she could care less how well she served. This is my first time here in 5 years. We came to celebrate a birthday. I am very disappointed. Will not be back.
