Awful service, we were welcomed very warmly, however once seated we were left for 30 minutes, no water, no offer of anything of any form. Lots of waiting staff walking by and looking in to see us clearly ready to order, giving lasting eye contact and waving the staff over to no effect, we ended up leaving for the beautiful restaurant opposite with wonderful service all night. I would not return to give them another chance as we were not the only tables left un attended, I think this is a running theme. Very unfortunate as the restaurant itself looks quite beautiful, such a shame.

A great place to visit! Using the lava stone to grill our own food made a nice touch to our evening. It was also my first time trying Japanese Sake!

I attended a friend's birthday brunch at this restaurant. We all opted for a bottomless brunch which included unlimited House Wine, Prosecco or Champagne (depending on the chosen package). The restaurant was flexible and allowed each to choose the one they preferred which is good as not everybody was forced to select the same package. Food wise, there was more than enough. A bento box with a variety of Japanese favorites as starters - maki roll, sashimi, tempura, edamame, chicken karage and salad. The portions were large and satisfying. Followed by a main course which offered a selection of meats, fish and vegetarian options. Finally dessert - Japanese influenced ice cream. The bottomless drinks were meant to last two hours, but given the slow service and the size of the group, this was extended for us without extra cost. The afternoon was pleasant and there was no complaints. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant.
