Great place for shopping and browsing into the world of books, they have nice comfortable places to sit , to read in peaceful environment, they have a wide variety of books to choose from, along with a friendly and helpful staff. I always enjoy going to Schuler Books store. 🙂🙂🙂👍👍

Large book selection, though not quite as good as Barnes and Noble in the Lansing Mall. They also have ukeleles, so that's good. Clean bathrooms too, as I was struck with a violent intestinal attack while I was there.

Wonderful atmosphere and a good place to go studying. Their book selection is great too.

Was definitely delighted to see novely yours candles and out of print shirts and socks.

Any opportunity I have to support a local bookshop I will take. Schuler Books has a great selection of books as well as a used section. Highly recommend supporting a local bookstore.

I love that you can get brand new books and used books for children as well everything about this place is exactly what you should expect except at Barnes & Noble you can't get used books

Nice comfortable, space for relaxing included with a cafe. Also, nice selection of books to choose from.

I was attending an author signing event. I called the day before the event to find out if attendees may bring already owned books. The associate said only books purchased at event may be signed. The day of the event, I was informed that I could have brought my own books.

I always try to support independent book shops when possible and this is the Cadillac of shops in the immediate area. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but it looks like they'd be more than willing to order it if I wanted.

Was lost among the books and when I left the store I realized I had been there for more than 2 hours. Absolute heaven!

Love this place! Great gifts in addition to books for sale. Lots of fair trade jewelry and home goods, even t shirts. I've found some great items here. Also love the cafe. Great service and wonderful place to meet a friend or study. Love to sit by the gas fireplace.

Took my 7 year old nephew here and he was so amazed! He has never been to a book store since they have been thinning out in this digital era. He was so enthralled that he could have stayed there all day!

Easy to find an employee, and they are always very helpful.

While the customer service can be hit or miss at times, Schulers will always remain a staple for me when looking to expand my collection.! 🙂 nice selection(s) of new and used books within most genres, fair prices, great cafe and over all atmostphere.
