I happened to come in for drinks one day' as I'm visiting from out of town. The customer service has been spectacular. I happen to have left my wireless earbuds at the bar and when I originally called no one had seen them. I came in the next day to just have a drink figuring I just lost them. The bartender is like' hey we have your buds! So I'm excited. Well they knew they had them just they were misplaces' but they spent over an hour on a mission to find them. I appreciate it. The foods good too' but customer service will definitely keep me coming back.

Good menu. I also like their beer selection.

This place doesn’t have their act together. Our order took about 45 minutes to arrive (sort of understandable on a Saturday night),but my sons pizza was missing. The staff said it would be up soon. 10 minutes later they ask if we still want it, we say yes. 5 minutes later they agree to comp our bill and a manager brings the “pizza” pictured in this review. We asked for a box, but never got it. I’m no pizza expert, but this kids pizza is “fu@k you” personified. We won’t be returning.

Overall it was a cool bar. Very inviting atmosphere and definitely fit the profile of a sports bar. At the same time the seating portion for those looking to dine was very open and still retained the sports feeling. However, the service was pretty slow. The place was pretty dead at 4pm on a Saturday. Despite only a fraction of the tables being full, we waited close to 45 minutes for our food. Our server was polite but didn't check in too often. Food and drinks were great though

Buffalo chicken sandwich is over priced, $13. For the sandwich size and fries I would expect around $8 - $10.

They only will give you four onion rings. This is per corporate policy according to the manager.

Miso salmon and chicken tacos we're both quite good. Service very friendly.

Went at an off peak time for lunch with a colleague. I had one of the best chopped salads ever. Added grilled chicken and had the full size portion. So flavorful and delicious. Our bartender/server was attentive and very friendly. Location is close to campus and downtown which makes it very convenient to wherever you need it get back to.

I eat here a lot... usually at least once a week. The food is almost always perfect and the waitresses are always pleasant & helpful. The experience during game days are the best... I definitely recommend checking it out!

Good food, solid service, and mostly reasonably priced.My first experience eating there was mediocre, but Champps made it up to me, so I decided to try going back.I'm very glad I did, because I learned something particularly important about Champps: their fries are incredible. They're so good that the fries I took home in a box were still good (cold!) the next day! Their sandwiches and chicken tenders are on point.I now realize that Champps is basically a sports bar with a full kitchen and wider menu. Get sports bar food and you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant was the perfect midway point between our Airbnb and Ohio Stadium while staying in Columbus. It was just a short walk to the stadium where we attended Beyonce and Jay Z's OTR II tour.I had an Angry Cider (Fireball and Angry orchard) and our party of three shared appetizers while we waited for a good time to head to the show. We had mozzarella sticks, meatballs, and spinach and artichoke dip. They were all good, but the dip was my favorite by far.I loved that the TV's were showing Beyonce videos. It helped get me and other concert-goers ready for the upcoming event!!Don't expect any kind of culinary masterpiece, this is standard bar and grill fare, but the service and location make this a good pick!

Slow service, chicken on salad was like rubber, had to ask for silverware, napkins and salad dressing. Very disappointed with the food quality.

Great food. Where I was seated at a table near the sliding doors, one server bumped or kicked my chair 3 times without saying sorry, excuse me, eat a booger or anything at all. Then what I am guessing was a manager bumped into my chair and again, nothing. The offense was not big, ignoring it like they didn't do it or like I didn't deserve to be acknowledged made me mad! I told the server if it happened again I was going to make a scene. I really enjoyed the food. I was very pleased with our server but that kind of rudeness is unacceptable. After the first time I scooted my chair in. After the second time I moved so close to the table I was uncomfortable then it still happen two more times. I saw our server tell the manager (woman in a gray sweatshirt) but still no one ever came and addressed it. It didn't happen again but a hey, I'm sorry would have gone a very long way.

Food was very different and pretty good. The sweet potato fries were over cooked but had a good flavor. The Dilemma Chicken sandwich was surprising good. Didn't know how the combination of Fried Chicken breast and egg would go but the server said it was the most popular menu item right now. Guess curiosity is winning there, glad I tried it. The wife had a Loaded Grilled Cheese and really liked it. They didn't skimp on ingredients at all. Great place to try some out of the norm grub.
