This place has a wild range of premium teas. The service isn't impressive but I will definitely recommend this tea house for the nice location, stunning tea selection, tasty sandwiches, yummy desserts, and very good prices. Overall experience is amazing!

Went here the other day for my niece's 1st birthday. It's so cute inside, and the food is delicious. We were able to taste about 3 diffrent types of tea, and I would recommend all of them. We were even able to buy some.

Great space! Love the chandeliers. Calm and not overly noisy despite full tables. Attentive service. Absolutely delicious scones!

This place is a charming, and surprisingly spacious piece of Heaven, for tea lovers and anyone who can appreciate vast selection. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the teas that I tried were tasty, therapeutically aromatic, and indeed, heavenly! Excellent venue for private events or just passing by for a pleasant break.

I had a wonderful time associating with my sisters BUT I did not feel the service was great. It was long waiting periods of waiting for staff to stop by. Especially after our last tea. We had to flag down our server. We also noticed that we were the only ones that were served plastic cups and a plastic tumbler for our water instead of glass like every one else. It is highly unlikely that I would return due to the service.

It is a very popular and busy tea House. I love the ambiance there. First time I went there for my own surprise birthday get together from my friends and yesterday was my second time there. There service is excellent and vegetarian sandwiches are awesome. They served many different teas and liked them a lot. Cookies were excellent 👌.

Great tea house. A big selection of teas. But it's not just cakes and desserts. They have all types of sandwiches and other stuff. It's a very inspiring place.

Great place for brunch, lunch, afternoon snack...and parties!!! Baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party or any get together. Interior is charming, so you don't even need to do a whole lot. However, if you choose to do your own decorations they're very helpful, understanding, tentative, accommodating and professional. Their food never disappoints either! The afternoon tea service set is elegant and fancy...of course, super yummy too!! We had our daughter's 1st birthday party here and we couldn't have picked a better venue for the Beauty and the Beast themed tea party. Kid's birthday parties tend to be chaotic and fun but the staff minimized the chaos and saved our day for sure! Our guests commented how much they enjoyed the food and were impressed with how pleasant their staff catered to us. Chado is a hidden gem and we absolutely love it!!!

Service was great sandwiches were delicious and the tea choices were awesome I'm taking a group there in December.

I was hoping to buy a mother's day present here but I see they are temporarily closed. Hopefully they reopen soon this place is amazing.
