Awesome. Great price. Great food. Had the Cajun fried chicken sammich. Super crispy, moist, and had a fantastic spicy mayo on it. Superb!

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say the service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized at all times. Prices are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

This Food Truck serves food that tastes like home! Being a Cajun native, I just HAD to give this truck a try. My mouth watered just from their website! I saw a few comments made on the other reviews about the lengthy wait time, but "Food is made to order- Have patience" is posted on the ordering window. For those of us familiar with a Cajun's cooking we know food takes time and love- lot of love- MAN was this food made with love! I tried the Beignets, Crawfish Mac, Creole Fries, Gormet Dog, Shrimp Po' boy and the Cajun Mac - they were all TO DIE FOR. I highly recommend giving this truck a try (or another try if you felt you were not impressed your first visit) especially if you have an appetite like mine!
