Only chicken waffle in the city that's always juicy on the middle

It took a VERY long time to get seated. And there were many tables open, but not bussed and cleared. It actually got so hostile that there was an altercation in the line. The servers seemed busy, so it may be worth it to hire some bus people. It was a truly uncomfortable experience.Once we were sat, everything was better. Our server was pleasant. The food took a very long time to come out, though. Once it did, it was a decent meal.

A preferred spot for tasty Cafe food. Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. The staff was friendly and sociable. I see why this place has a lot of great reviews.

Food was solid (I got the veggie home fries and eggs); our server was really nice; but the experience was very awkward other than that. There was another server there who was sweeping up and very loudly starting fights with the other servers because they wouldn’t get their customers out the door so he could leave. I was thinking a manager or someone would step in, but no one did. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional, and made the whole eat-in experience much worse than it needed to be; the server he was mainly fighting with kept trying to walk away and he was just following her around going on and on yelling. It’s pretty bad when you’re paying to be somewhere and feel like you’re business is neither wanted or appreciated. But yeah, the food and individual service was cool; I’ll go back for the veggie fries and that guys been fired.

First time I ever been here. The staff was friendly and the food was great. I came maybe an hour to closing so after a half hour they were putting up chairs and mopping floor too close to wear I was eating and with the smell of bleach, good thing I was just about done with my food. Besides that, this spot was great!!

One of the best southern brunch spots to go to. It's inexpensive, generous portions and great food. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in Philly.

My son and I loves going here and sitting down to eat. Staff is friendly, place is clean and food is good. But since it’s always crowded we just order our food and pick it up.
