Cava

I love Cava and there aren’t a lot of locations near me in CA where I live so was excited there was one within walking distance to my hotel. I arrived today around 2:45-ish. The staff were recovering from the lunch rush and everyone who served us was really pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the cashier at the end acted like I was interrupting her day by being there and I was asking for the rights for her first born child simply by asking for some dressing on the side. Unfortunate that one staff member can let the rest of the team down. If you don’t enjoy working with people then maybe the service industry isn’t for you

Fell in love with CAVA up in Paramus and was glad to see it come to Midtown. Spicy feta is so good. Only wish this location had more seating. But takeout works. Definitely one of the better salad places out there.

They need a change of the entire staff. Everyone is extremely rude and impatient. One girl even sucked her teeth when I had a question about one of the sauces, another threw my bowl to the next worker, when I couldn’t decide on a dressing because I didn’t know what they offered and was looking for a recommendation. I’ll stick to Dig Inn down the block but I gave 2 stars because the food is decent.
