I was skeptical but the food was amazing the employees were so nicethey kept offering me all the things they have I was there for the first time in the employee to take his time and explain what everything is and what it taste like and what's in it how it's made and everything I am definitely going back I love this place.

Excellent food! Mediterranean version of chipotle but soooooo much better!Service is great too and mgmt always going above and beyond to satisfy customers!New favorite healthy and quick eats chain!

This was my first experience at CAVA and – let’s just say – I’ll be back! Sierra and the team made my family and I feel like frequent guests as we received warm smiles and patient service.They took the time to inform us of about unfamiliar ingredients/sauces through descriptions, personal recommendations, and offering samples. I love the red pepper hummus!Finally, of course the food didn’t disappoint. It’s best described in three words: fresh, light, fulfilling. You have to experience it for yourself. Lunch is ready at CAVA!

This was incredible. There was so much to choose from and while adding things to my bowl, was worried there would be too many flavors... That was quickly remedied since every flavor went together perfectly. I tried the lamb meatballs not realizing they were an additional cost... Next time I'll just get what's included since the lamb was just not ba-a-ad. My wife had the chicken and let me try... That probably be the choice next time. I'll be back. Lots of food but does not settle heavy. I recommend you try. Don't judge just because there's so many veggies to choose from...I am a meat eater by nature and was not disappointed.

It's a build your own plate place. You can choose between bowl of rice or salad (they have two kinds of rice and lentils, you can also choose to mix rice and greens) pita or mini pita and soup. You can choose your protein and veggies, as well as dressings. Like a Chipotle but Mediterranean themed, it's pretty good!They also have fountain drinks and teas, I recommend the blueberry lavander.

Quick service, awesome food! They now have harissa. Good and spicy!

How many ways can I love this place, in particular at the beginning of the year when I have all the best intentions for eating in a more healthy manner. Cava makes it easy to stick to any of your dietary needs, from vegan to paleo. Their greens mixes are so tasty and its difficult to choose a favorite. Their dips are wonderful and are great to spread onto the lamb meatballs which I gladly pay extra. Their repeat customer benefits seem to be a bit unobtainable -$1000 dollars?- but you do get a $7.00 coupon after every $100 spent. An University area essential for people wanting to eat clean.

Food was good. Staff was nice, but the dining area was dirty, no one seems to wipe tables or restock plastic ware. Plenty of staff members (5) on duty I would have understood if they had been busy but it was slow. Cleaning is important in public eating establishments, makes you wonder about the kitchen and food handling.

Naomi was so amazing and provides exceptional service. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was exceptional. The staff has always been amazing and so is the food!

Great Mediterranean food and great variety of juices. Loved the beats lemonade just reminded me of my mom doing this kind of juices in my dear Dominican Republic. Also great customer service.

Great place to eat!! Good value for the money...I like that they don't go overboard with the greens...some places are very wasteful with the salads...this place was more about toppings and dips for your pita❤ falafel was the best I have ever had..I didn't know it could be so good!
