A "make your own bowl" Mediterranean edition. I basically threw as many flavors I could in this bowl I made and it was pretty good haha. As far as Mediterranean food goes, it's got the acidity and spice you would typically crave and they have a interesting assortment of spreads and flavors. I'd come back if I ever needed something relatively quick or had a craving.Parking is free with validation!

A step up from your typical Chipotle! Same style, where you go down the line and assemble a creation. Except, they have gourmet-style selections. I got their bowl with salad greens (arugula) and white rice, that came with bits of cilantro. After that, I picked grilled chicken, and roasted vegetables. Totally made on a grill, super delicious. Moving on down, you can choose scoops of flavors - I added harissa peppers, feta cheese, and pesto. Next, add garnishes like cucumber salad, beans, pico de Gallo, more cheese, olives, - so yum!Per person, expect to spend $12-$16. Excellent selection of ready-to-drink beverages, lemonades, and sodas. Parking is tough, because Cava is located in USC. However, if you find yourself on campus, it is worth a visit for lunch or dinner.

Favorite restaurant on campus. Consistent, tasty, and as healthy as you want to make it. Beats eating at the dining hall any day of the week. Always get the brown rice, it's much better. I also highly recommend the pita chips, they're quite delicious (but a little oily if you're keeping track of that stuff).

Let me just say this: If I had to pick one food to eat for the rest of my life, Cava bowls would be that food. This place probably gets as many customers as all other restaurants at the USC village combined and for a good reason. Food quality, taste, freshness, choices available, fast customer service, price and nutritional characteristics. This place has got it all. Just one recommendation: Avoid the free pitta bread (260 calories for nothing).

I love Cava it is so delicious and I'm so happy they have one in LA now. It's basically a Chipotle for Mediterranean food. Super filling. Also free parking on the street after 8PM

Had a Whisky pulled pork sandwich, and gotta say, one heck of a sandwich, "pulling" (pun intended) some different exciting, complementary flavors, cheeses, and ingredients. The fries, with their herb seasoning, are also very good. Pop in and kick back on the patio.
