Thrilled to have a CAVA in Fredericksburg! So desperately needed. Food was perfect, as always. Line moved swiftly and employees were friendly and skilled. Can’t wait to be a frequent visitor!

Food was good, as usual. I chose to leave a review because of the service received shortly prior to closing last night. Ming is her name and she was awesome! My wife came for the first time and Ming was really patient with her million questions about each item. Then she took the time to make sure my 4yr old liked everything on her plate. I really can’t say enough positivity about the service Ming provided. Truthfully, if she’s not management here shortly, I may come back to offer her a job. Totally different industry but with her customer service skills there’s no doubt she’ll be successful. Did I mention they were closing?! Well done Ming, people are watching, I hope your company is too.

Very enjoyable. Love the black lentils. Harissa honey chicken very tasty if a bit dry. I like getting the spreads in a cup rather than on top of the bowl. Substantial portions, and there are lots of options for toppings and dressings. Love that they recycle. My dining partner enjoyed the lamb meatballs. Pleasant and healthy lunch.

Cute little building. Staff was friendly and helped with the many choices of food.I can definitely notice the difference in quality, healthier than anything in the area.

Salad was okay. I'd prefer a wider selection of dressings, like a balsamic vinaigrette. Staff hadn't restocked toilet paper or paper towels, so had to run out and grab napkins. Panera has more flavorful options. My husband tried the honey chicken protein option... it definitely didn't have a honey flavor to it.

Delicious fresh Mediterranean bowls, salads and pitas with a multitude of flavor combinations. The ingredients are freshly prepared. Guests line up and choose their base, toppings and dressings. The beverage options range from bottled and canned beverages to fountain Maine Root sodas to prepared, seasonal lemonades, juices and teas. The restaurant is modern with seating on two levels. It's a great addition to Rt 3/ Central Park.

My first time being there it was difficult to order as I did not know what would taste good with each other. However, after googling for some recommendations I found help and thought my meal was very very good!Everything looks so fresh and healthy, and the prices were very affordable I thought.

chipolte meets the middle east, and man o man, it really is that good! not really sure what i got, but the shredded lamb is to DIE for! been three times, will definitely go back.

Love the options here..It's fresh and delicious.Be prepared to pay about twice what you would at Chipotle.. But if you're looking for a good Mediterranean easy with lots of choices lunch.. Try it!

Been there a few times and I love it. Great food. One issue I had was that I was asked if I wanted the “the flat bread” (I can’t remember the official name for it) and I said yes, but did not receive it. But that stuff happens but the food is amazing and the staff is great so I rate it 5/5 stars.
