Food is delicious! The scallop pappardelle was delectable! And braised short rib huge! And fork tender. Salmon lollipops I probably could make a better dish😜 but everything cooked just right with balanced seasoning and not over salted. Although pricey for what you get compared to higher excellent places in Vancouver BC or other places in the mainland but I’d return to try other dishes but not as often as I would many places in BC!

Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday dinner with friends here. Exquisite escargot, oysters, brie, ribeye, lobster, shrimp and "old fashioned " cocktails. Sublime atmosphere. Excellent service by all. The food is top shelf. Kudos chef!

Very nice resturant. Opened January 2019. Upscale dining with reasonable pricing. Lunch was very good and all in our party was very happy with selections. Didnt have room for dessert but we will be back to try again.

We went here for our anniversary. My wife and I had a great experience here. Our waiter Jovany was excellent, provided top tier service, and great conversation! Food was also amazing! We look forward to coming back.

Service was very slow! We waited 15 mins to be seated and we could see that they were short staffed. Pacing it out.. Our waitress gave us the menu and took at least 15 mins to come back for our orders… We ordered 1 appetizer and 1 main entree each. Sadly we were only 40% (maybe) through the appetizers, our Entrees arrived… so now the table is filled with 8 dishes. Not very cool for a nice restaurant… Probably won’t be back. Hostess young lady was nice 😀

Upstairs at Pier 38 is a seafood restaurant located in the heart of Honolulu. It has a beautiful view of the harbor and the city skyline, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxed. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Upstairs at Pier 38. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Honolulu.
