Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in Ribeye Steak au Poivre, Chickpea Socca Pancake and Bouillabaisse 'Tetou' for the table, as well as Baked Red Snapper Provençal and Rotisserie Chicken Chasseur. Designed by Rockwell Group, guests descend into the striking setting complete with soaring triple-height ceilings and an ethereal 19-foot wire mesh sculpture by internationally-celebrated Italian artist Edoardo Tresoldi.

Gorgeous decor, beautiful ambience, excellent food and great service. We had such a fun experience dining here and will highly recommend this place. Do make reservations as this place gets packed during peak hours. It’s an upscale restaurant with beautiful ambience. Perfect place to celebrate anniversaries etc. They have a huge list of wines and drinks to choose from. The food is excellent and the drinks were well made.

The ambiance is amazing and the food was definitely a culinary experience! It was fresh and flavorful. Every bite spoke highly of the chef. Service was very personable and it was an overall great experience. Oyster mushrooms are a must have appetizer! Great space for intimate dinner with friends or lovers.

Cathédrale has a simple, approachable Mediterranean menu that’s elevated to fine dining levels in an awesome underground setting with soaring ceilings. Make sure you make a reservation as this place is frequently completely full during dinner even on weeknights and late. The house-made bread and butter is superb along with the incredible pastas, cooked vegetables and omelettes. What I love about Cathédrale is its simple sophistication that is flexible enough to impress anyone with any diet for any occasion. Definitely check this place out!
