We want to primarily make and supply artisan bread and baked goods based on the highest quality ingredients, particularly flour. Our customers will not only enjoy the quality and taste of our bread, but also experience the atmosphere of a typical French country bakery. As people have come to appreciate wine, they will be inspired by the simplicity and art involved in the baking of bread using "levain", the traditional French leavening method. Our flour is non-GMO, only organic cage-free eggs are used and all soups are homemade using only the finest local ingredients.

Big disappointment and major under-deliver from its reviews. Waited 10 minutes to place an order while staff of 4 leisurely meandered around kitchen, to even acknowledge us. Food is bland and mediocre at best. Puts French cuisine to shame with claims theirs is best authentic French baking. 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ Sandwich got served with brown /aged avocado, who does this and charge money? Food prep and presentation would get negative stars if that was possible. Place is large to accommodate large groups, but smells like an old people home, and not a hint of bakery warm bready smells. How's that possible?
