With a cancelled flight, we ended up stranded in Charlotte. As a Marriott Bonavota mem ever, we went to the Courtyard. They closed their bistro EARLY even understanding incoming guests. So we went to the Holiday Inn in pouring rain. We were immediately welcomed to have a seat Everyone was friendly and accommodating, taking orders well past their posted closing time. Now that is how it should work both for the guests and for the business.

Was at the bar and saw couple drinks returned as the glassware wasn't fresh. My food which was grilled salmon arrived in a bowl. May be they had an off day. Service and bartender was great otherwise.

Yes, our restaurant is The Hub which is open for dinner 7 days a week from 5pm until 11pm. The bar opens each day at 4pm and serves until 11pm.
