Casey's General Store

Today is the second time I ordered something online and they got it wrong. I don't think who ever is making the food is paying attention of the orders

This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever gotten repeatedly, I would rather drive to warrensburg because I would have better service. I got 2 free 12 inch subs and had to wait 15 minutes to get them. The only reason this Casey’s is okay is because of the assistant manager Annette. If she isn’t here don’t even waste your time, you’d definitely have better luck just driving to warrensburg.

I love Thier pizza! Also the fact that they have an ice-cream bar and a slushie bar!

Come here after work, since everything else is closed down in town on the weekends when I'm off. Food is delicious, Pizza's (No cheese!), Sub's, even the Chicken Tenders.

Gas pumps are waaaaay too slow ! Takes forever to fill-up on gas

I come here for Susan she is honestly the nicest/most real person in all of Knob Noster. She should run for mayor.

I am not impressed with this store at all anymore and how they are handling customer service during this whole CoVid thing. I get CoVid is scaring everyone, and precautions need to be taken. But, that doesn't excuse the behavior of employees acting impersonal during this! I just went to pick up some items from this store. The employee behind the counter was wearing a mask. He rang out my items, stepped back into the office door area and then disappeared into the office, while I finished paying. Then, I hear called out, Have a good evening. He never stayed there long enough to offer me a receipt and I had to reach over and grab it myself!

Great staff here and friendly, no complaints.

Every time I've ever tried to call and order a pizza for carry out, their phone is off the hook and ringing busy. Doesn't matter how often I call or how long I wait in between calls its constantly busy.... Part of the job is taking calls to get orders..... Something needs to be done.

Ordered a large supreme and a large canadian bacon pizza. A guest was eating a piece of the canadian bacon pizza and got a bite of bone that was about 1/4" long. I would guess that considering the cost of a Casey's pizza, they would use a better quality meat. Not planning on ordering any more pizzas that contain meat!!!

Got all this new regime menu but never have to or never ready to make it. Or you want a sandwich and they are always somehow half done with the premade cooler stuff. La Monte ain't got these problems. Need a few managers who have More of a give an F.

ice coffee is out and I come in every single week day morning so they should know by now to keep it filled. but when I ask them to fill it I either get ignored or they get an attitude about it. I usually just use a different flavor so I don’t have to bug them but I think other customers must do that as well as all 3 other flavors are typically out as well. the manager is very rude when being asked questions as well. states that she has worked at Caseys for 10 years or something along those lines. as if that’s an excuse. I wouldn’t go here if there were ANY other option in town but there just is not.
