The customer service is always efficient, good mood, kind staff. I will visit here again when I arrive here.

Perfect chicken Parmesan sandwich and a wide range of obscure Italian sodas

The line will be long at noon but it will be worth it! My next venture is their brunch, which looks delicious. I had the pasta e fagioli and a small side of spicy chickpeas. My companion had the Italian and the butternut squash soup. Everything was delicious, speedy and priced fairly!

Excellent sandwiches, and their chocolate chip cookies are some of the best I've ever had. I've tried about four different sandwiches (on focaccia), and have loved them all.

Only been there for brunch, but it is very good. Don't expect a full breakfast menu, but their breakfast sandwiches are great

Casetta's food is full of flavor and delicious! I love their Italian sandwiches with just a little bit a spice. Their chocolate chip cookies are to die for, the touch of coarse sea salt on top is like a bow on top of a present. Never disappointed!

Best sandwiches and sides in town. So good I always get the whole size and eat it all. I love the wine selection, everything I get there becomes a new favorite. Have you tried the eggplant parmesan or the baked ziti?! You must.

Casetta is fantastic. Their lunch sandwiches are spot on and the deli sides are great - definitely a fan of the broccoli deli side. Their Friday dinners have become a weekly standard for my wife and I. We have enjoyed the food and wine pairing thoroughly every time and the staff really make each meal special. I can't wait to go back this Friday.

Great sandwiches at amazing prices. Beer selection is good too. Wish they would stay open until later in the day.

Casetta is just SO tasty. I've had a handful of their sandwiches now and have settled with the Hoboken as my favorite. Huge sandwiches! You'll (probably) be plenty full with a 1/2 order.Great, quick service for take-out. The staff is always super friendly & seemingly unfazed by the busy-ness over the lunch hour.

Best sandwich in Madison? Definitely. Wisconsin? Absolutely. The world!? Perhaps! I recommend the Italian but all their food is great. My fiancée was excited that they offer great gluten free bread as well! Go check them out immediately if you haven’t already.

So happy my office moved even closer to this gem. Can definitely get busy at lunch but once you wat there you'll know why.
