Hi Yury, If you need to have a car for your stay, parking onsite (with In-N-Out privileges) is a separate fee, it's run independently of us. There’s also plenty of other pay parking close by (Collins & 13th St is our favorite: $1 per hour with a $20 maximum per 24 hours and it's covered). You can get around South Beach very easily without a car and the expense that goes with it (Uber, Lyft or walking). Please contact us anytime, Rob & Val oceandrivevrsuites
