Typical Cuban Bakery with extra customer service care. Got some "empanadas", quiere good. However, you must try the "Guarapo de Caña" A place to come back again

Always a long line but the absolute best bread in Hialeah. They also have a selection of empanadas that you don't usually find in a bakery. Pro tip: there's a bread only line that's much faster.

The main reason I come here is for the food but some of the staff are extremely cold and rude unless ofcouse your one of the posse; I’ve had a couple of encounters where I had to complain. That’s why to me they deserve a low rating.

They do not keep the offer only in the morning although the products have quality I give 2 stars for not maintaining the offer throughout the day

If i could give them ZERO rating i would. I have been going to this bakery since i was practically born ( parents live around the corner). Today , me and my sister were refused service from an unprofessional cuban because she “thought or believed” i did not speak spanish ( i come from a cuban family and DO speak and write Spanish fluently). The lady had the audacity to refuse service using the excuse me and my sister did not speak spanish because she had a dispute with my sibling In SPANISH. The lady proceeded to tell my sister we are in Hialeah therefore she needs to speak Spanish. HELLO you are in the United States! If you don’t like it go back to Cuba!I have NEVER in my 15+ years of visiting this place have i been refused of service. This is the last time i give these people my money, staff needs to be replaced. Cubans like this make experiences of visiting Hialeah sour. Never again.

The staff need costumer services school because they didn't know nothing about their own products.and also the guarapo de cana put water with sugar!!!!!

One of the best bakeries for pastelitos and croquetas. They also have fresh bread that is soft and not overdone.

Personnel changing too often and the latest Baker doesn't seem to be that good. He is no longer making my favorite biscuits... The place is pretty clean and the service is not bad but it can't go over a 3 stars

The best pizza pastel!! Service is amazing
