Best Mexican food I have had in a long time

Absolutely delicious the rice reminds me of my Tias rice. Family friendly atmosphere. Definitely and place to try. My family and I will be back.

Family owned. Everything perfectly seasoned. Fresh. We go back again and again. If you love chicken alfredo you gotta try the pollo ala crema. Lip smacking good!

My hubby and I love coming to Casa Mexico. There's always enough food to take home and it's even better reheated the next day!! The staff here is very personal and always very nice to us and we love coming in and definitely recommend Casa Mexico to you!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant, and actually probably my favorite restaurant in Boise right now. My husband and I go here often because the service is always fast and friendly, and the food is consistently good. I recommend the spinach enchiladas (it's almost the only thing I ever get). Also, they have the better chips than any other restaurant in town. I would recommend this location over the Hyde Park location, too. I don't know if they have different owners, but the food at the Fairview location is more consistent and less salty. They're both good, though!

When we relocated to Boise five years ago, our first mission was to find our go-to Mexican place. Casa Mexico won hands down. We eat there at least once a week to get our fix. Their tortilla chip are AMAZING...literally the best chips we've ever had: hot, thin and crispy. I am extremely picky about my enchilada flavoring and they nailed it! My husband is a chef and is genuinely impressed by their consistency. He recommends the Expresso burrito (pork) and the fried chili relleno. My favorites is the shredded beef cheese and onion enchiladas with a DELICIOUS sangria. Proportions are fantastic and usually provide me with leftovers for two days:-) The staff is incredible and so friendly. Feels like family every time we stop in.

Family owned, been going for as long as it's been open, at least 22 years that I can remember. Lots of great memories, order the Casa Mexico Platter at least once, YUM! The ice is my favorite, my kids grew up going here on Sundays after church. In a corner of a strip mall next to Harbor Freight. Make sure you try this location at least once. Chips/salsa are worth the trip.

Food is very good. Atmosphere is nice and mostly quiet every time I've been in. Great for a quick lunch away from work too.
