If you love Mexican food you want to come over here. At Casa Herrera you'll find traditional plates of your favourite Mexican cuisine or you can hit the all you can eat buffet which includes various enchiladas, taco's, tamales, rice, burritos, salad and more.... Oh, and for desert you'll find fresh sopapias... (or however you spell it lol)served with honey, banana pudding and more.

This is the only Mexican buffet in Abilene that I'm aware of. Only on Sundays. But they are open daily with a regular menu. High quality food, nice comfortable decor. Owners and staff are super nice. Long time family business. Highly Recommend.

Decent enough food. The salsa is some of the best in Abilene. Service was good enough, though a little slow as if everyone was already exhausted when they reopened the doors for dinner

This was my first time at Casa Herrera. Our party of four were completely satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and food quality. I have eaten Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican from North Dakota to San Antonio, Texas. This one I would say is average on an authentic Mexican scale. It does have at least one uniquely tasty dish. Cleaned my plate.
