Carrabba's Italian Grill

JoAnn took our order for curbside pickup and was extremely professional, thorough and kind. Upon arrival, JoAnn also brought out our order and everything was perfect. It’s so nice to have quality service. We will be back.

I am so glad that I got to go to Carrabba's after living nowhere near one in Dallas, TX! This has been one of my favorite locations because I used to live down the road! They did some really nice remodeling! I always love to sit at the bar and watch them cook especially when I am eating on my own! Will was my server and did a fantastic job! The food was wonderful as always!

1st let me say I only gave them a 4 star because of past experiences. But today my service deserved 10 stars. There waitress Meg is absolutely amazing! I come to Carrabba's because it's my favorite Restaurant. Since I moved here to Charlotte Matthews, this location has been nothing but horrible. Service is delayed and cold food. Most of the service sucks and host seem lost. But today they were absolutely on it. Everyone makes mistakes. I hope this is a change for the better. But I can say that Meg made up for any mistake of the past. I would definitely be requesting her each and every time I visit.

Update: tried to order delivery again on 2-29-20 and once again not enough staff. Management told me this problem was resolved, apparently not, plus trying to order spaghetti, website says they are out. Gone from great place to joke.Every time we order delivery they call and say that they don't have enough staff. Why even offer delivery? They say management didn't staff enough. What a joke, take down delivery options.

Been so long since I've had Carrabba's... The only store they closed a while ago was the one I usually ate at. The others are at the edges of the county. Sat at the bar...Calamari is only one size now, only with marinara now I think. The Johnny Rico salad (pushes it to 3 & 1/2 stars) had more seafood than I remembered, and seemed bigger overall. Took forever for the bartender to refill my water, had at least 5 times he should have seen it. Ten minutes or so sucking on ice cubes. And never offered more olive oil, much less more bread.

It was my first time going, I was treated here by my wonderful girlfriend. Man great menu and the food was delicious, drinks matched up good with my food selection. Happy and attentive server, laid back atmosphere and I am going to return. You guys should check it out for a family dinner or lunch. Or just a couples get away.

Ridiculous wait. Food was brought out curbside over and hour after promised delivery time. Would not recommend curbside pickup unless you don’t mind waiting over an hour.

Chicken was undercooked for both my wife and me. Hoping we don't get sick. But server was nice

There are lots of ruined Mother’s Day dinners today as the restaurant totally let down dozens of families. We ordered at noon for 6.20PM pick up. There was a huge line around the parking lot and after 40 minutes they are still working on serving 5 pm orders, with most orders coming out wrong . Finally just canceled our order, hopping we will get our money refunded . Huge disappointment is an understatement

Awesome service, great tasting food

This location is under new management and has been a pleasant experience on recent visits. The $10 take home is a great deal too! Definitely try the Chicken Bryan if you haven’t already and I love the Sogno dessert

This was definitely an off night! The food was awful and nothing was correct! The server apologized many times! It wasnt her fault it was on the kitchen and manager! I have been here before and it was better than this time!! Will not go back anytime soon!!

Always a tasty meal. The cheesecake is decadent and worth every dime. Currently they have a buy one meal an equal or lesser value for only $10 we stocked a to go meal!

Ordered a steak for My hubby said it's the best steak he ever had and melted in his mouth. He said the cook did an excellent job

The food is fabulous. If I were told that I have some disease with only one year to live I would camp out in front of Carrabba's Italian Grill. I would have dinner there every night to guarantee that I had it on the last day of my life. It's that good - and I wouldn't have any dishes to clean.
