We had never been to Carabba’s until today. I don’t feel like we’ll ever be going back. The minestrone soup was so bland. My husband had the chicken soup and said it was good. I ordered the Chicken Bryan with asparagus. The chicken was good, but the asparagus... it was so crunchy. It felt like I was eating it raw with some olive oil and seasoning. I couldn’t even finish one spear, and was charged extra for this inedible side. The service was good. He was attentive. But the good service cannot make up for the food. It’s quite pricey too. Good bye Carrabba’s.

Nice place, nice staff, nice food. Good, but not quite 5 star good. The cajun pasta was a bit bland for claiming to be spicey. It was good, but I was expecting a little more zing from it.

My husband and I have always loved to go to Carrabba's to celebrate special occasions. However, our experience last night was disappointing. The new renovated style of the restaurant seemed "Denny's-ish" and had a more, cheap modern American diner feel than an old style Italian. The jury is still out on the food. We primarily have chosen the restaurant for the expensive and romantic atmosphere, but are now looking for a different place to celebrate our special occasions. This used to be a nicer alternative to Olive Garden, but now we would probably choose Olive Garden over Carrabba's.

Carrabba's always has decent food. Not amazing, but dang good. Never had a bad meal. You can even find decent low carb options. Very good seasonings, it's clean. Could use some updating to the place, but not bad. Great spot for business lunch and quiet enough to actually have a conversation. Wait staff has always been wonderful.

Love the way it looks since the remodel! It can get pretty crowded for dinners but if you go before the dinner rush (shoot for 3-4pm) on a Saturday it is not too busy at all. The food is very good, but for the price point it is on the high end.

Best food in town. Love the remodel. Owner/manager guy is a real stud, always takes the time to check in and make sure you have a great dining experience.

Though the remodel is nice, it's sterile. I miss the character and warmth of the Italian atmosphere. I was also offended by the rated R movie (Bull Durham) showing! Why was Jazz music playing? Food was good, but broccoli was old and soggy. Service was good, but not stellar like it used to be. Dis appointed.

I like Carrabba's so I have high expectations. I expected the Shrimp & Sea Scallop Spiedino to be amazing and it was only ok.

I've been to many Carrabba's in other states and this one was the worst I've been to. Our server was nice but that was the only positive. The food was mediocre and had smaller portions than any other Carrabba's I've been to. The finished remodel made it look and feel like a cheap diner. Overall, super disappointing and expensive. Find another place to spend your money.

Great as always. They are respecting social distancing and the servers are wearing gloves and masks all the time. I had to go there to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing dinner with my family. 😍🤩 Their calamari and lasagna are to live for. Amazing taste of homemade tomato sauce, it does not taste like those canned ones we buy at the store. Their attention to details is great. I love it!!!

Remodel has turned this once open-kitchen, family style restaurant into nothing better than a cold steel and laminate airport style cafeteria. I used to love this place. Entree was over cooked, over sauced, broccoli so mushy it could have been mashed into baby food. Such a disappointment.

I used to love Carrabba’s until my experience today. I asked to swap my side salad for asparagus and the waiter said it was fine but charged full price for the side and I didn’t even get my included side because I thought it was a swap. Very disappointed.

Wow, this used to be a great place. I was excited to go again after a while but wow they have changed. Their sterile remodel takes the charm right out of the place but that is the very least of their problems. The food we ordered was as weak as can be. My chicken parmesan could have been microwaved. A 172 dollar check for a family of 5 amounted to the quality of a frozen meal. How they have fallen.

Completely underwhelmed and very disappointed. The restaurant is operating even though they are in the middle of a remodel, and it’s completely unacceptable. There are many places in the restaurant obviously still under construction, with drywall exposed or walls primed and not yet painted. While admittedly not yet finished, the new “look” of the restaurant is still unappealing. Everyone in our party found the new decor to be lacking. We could excuse the new look of the restaurant, except our food wasn’t up to par, either. We had a large group and almost every single dish had something wrong with it. Overcooked and dry chicken, hockey puck steaks, pizza without cheese or toppings on half of it, cold mashed potatoes and broccoli, and salad with way too many pieces of wilted brown lettuce. The wait staff did try and correct anything we brought their attention to, but it just was a very sad experience. We won’t ever go back (and this was one of our favorite go-to restaurants previously).

The steak was so tough that I couldn't even cut it let alone chew it. I am very disappointed. I treated my self for Mother's day and got let down. I have eaten there many times but this was the worst steak I have ever had from your restaurant

Questions & Answers

They're reopened now, but the remodel is still on-going... And it's awful. The ambiance it used to have has been destroyed.

Sorry that I don't know

11am to 3pm

This location has been remodeled and is now open again.

Personally think it is much better than Olive Garden, I go to Carrabas multiple times a year and recently went to Olive Garden and it was just OK.

Nothing different on Sunday, just the same great food!!

This carrabba's or the chain in general?

You're going to want to call them directly.
