Carrabba's Italian Grill

The filet Marsala was perfect. I got a side of fettuccine instead of potatoes... The service was good. We had a party of 10 with 4 kids. They were very accommodating. The bread was good as always. Pro tip: We always ask for a side of balsamic vinegar to go with the bread and herb oil. It is also good to dip the bread in the Italian house dressing. I get the chicken parmesan often and it is always above average. The Caesar salad is always my choice for a salad before the meal. For desert you have to try the chocolate Dream if you are a chocolate lover you will be addicted. CJ fell asleep...

One of my Old Time Favorites ans always taste good! The food is almost always good! This particular location s has lovely staff at the bar and they are not afraid from saying “let me check please with my manager” Food always taste good. Team work is very obvious as they seem to keep an eye on each other. And bartender always seems to know what is on special and makes recommendations. I recommend this location because of the great service and accommodating staff.

Nice environment. Server, Gustavo was great. The food wasn't that great. Had to take steak back to cook more it was too raw. Too much pepper seasoning on everything. Happy hour was reinvented there where you get a 9oz. for the cost of a 6oz. only.

Manager and staff are great. We had a problem with our DoorDash order the night before (I’m in town for a conference and my husband traveled with me), and came in at lunch the next day for a quick salad. We mentioned what happened and that our steaks were overcooked... the staff was polite and responsive. We just wanted to give feedback, and Omar the Manager was kind enough to take care of our lunch.We love Carrarabas chains and this is another reason why. Never disappoints, and if they happen to do so, they make it right.

Doug, our server, was really nice. Food was excellent. It was, without meaning to be too vague, a good overall experience.

Really disappointed. First time I would not recommend a Carrabba's. Our take home chicken bryan pizza had onions. WHY??? It is not on the menu that way and we asked for no onions since we hate them. We took it back and decided to eat while there. It took 30 minutes to get an appetizer!! Very poor experience.

Took over 90 minutes from the time my party of four walked in to receive our food. Thing is the place was maybe half full? The Hostess said she would text my wife when our table for four was ready, after 45 minutes and no text we were told we didn't respond to their call. They had the correct number and their were no missed calls. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, it wasn't. Their were several vacant tables. By the time we received our food we just wanted to get out of there.

The food was absolutely terrible. Not a all what I expected. My son's lasagna had zero lasagna pasta in it at all. It was a cold lump of filling. Another person at our table got the same thing. My Tuscan chicken was cold, they just reheated it and brought it back out with a bite out of it from where I tried it. Never returning to Carrabba's again.

Great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for most of the time. Better than the other Italian restaurant chains with much better quality. I definitely recommend this place.

I have set down of the bar and unfortunately service wasn't there at all. Therefore if you cannot get wrong although I have ordered this time stuff pork chop and was in than I have of sauce was lobe in disarray and was still uncooked when I was asking to do well done since pork has to be well done. In most of locations of carabas you have to tell them regardless what it is if it's chicken or pork you really want to have well done because otherwise you gonna have for even she can medium where have the situations when I ordered chicken trio which actually I highly recommends with extra sauce. Seen before up charges for substitutes in carrabbas?

I'm giving this place 1star because our waiter was new and he really tried or I would give 0 stars. It's the worst Carrabba's we've ever been to. The bartender looked mad to be there, took forever to get our drinks. Our martinis were room temperature by the time we got them.Waitresses and waiters hanging out on their cell phones while chatting to the bartender complaining and rolling their eyes.I'm sure this comes to bad management, I wish I had taken the time to let them know.Even as we left nobody said goodbye or acknowledged our presence or absence.Terrible place. We always go to carrabba's but never at this location and never again at this location. Sorry I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was really necessary. Hopefully management will read this and make changes.

Each time we visit this location we are impressed with the menu and level of service. Most of the meals are very reasonable in terms of calories If you are watching your weight. Good selection of wines and desserts. Over all pleasant experience even if you have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get a table.

My mom wanted something quite and hardy after a week at Disney! We were not disappointed! Delicious and personal service on our way to the airport!! Thank you all so much for the best hospitality!! We ordered the capresse salad and this wonderful shrimp appetizer!

Food was excellent and service was great. It is hard to find food to eat when you don't eat meat. Well, not here!
