Carrabba's Italian Grill

The food is ALWAYS good!! And if there is a problem they are always quick to fix what ever the issue is. I always order the Filet Spiedino with Lobster Ravioli as my side dish and the Sausage and Lentil Soup is my go to every time, UNLESS they have the Seafood Chowder :) Everyhing is made right in front of you if you sit up at the pizza station, which is where we typically eat because the kids like to watch the cooks make the pies.

What did they do to the portions? If I wanted to be on a diet I would go to a salad shop. Italian food is supposed to have large portions. I like to be in acoma after eating Italian food, that's the fun of it.

Everything was great, except the steak I asked for “medium well done” arrived “rare” (see pic) I ate it as I was hungry and the people I was with were hungry and it was bad manners to make them wait. $25 for a ribeye steak that wasn’t cooked as I asked seemed rather steep,(not sure it was even a ribeye) the fries were nice though. The waitress (Christina) was efficient and tip friendly. Needless to say I shall not be returning.

Great service here, but, and your mileage may vary, the food is very rich here. I ordered the pasta mezzaluna and it was drowning in sauce, too much IMO.

Good food. We ordered a lot of food, like 6-7 dishes and they're tasty. The portions are hugeee. Food came quick enough as well. Would come back.

Friends of ours treated us to dinner at Carrabba's. The bar service at this restaurant is notoriously slow as it was again the evening we were there. The food service was on the slow side too. Our server, Dani (sp?) was pleasant, friendly and apologetic for the slowness of the bar service and food service. She said "Looks like you'll be hanging out with me". Her humor helped defuse the situation. The crusty bread and oil was tasty as well as the meals. Tom had Shrimp and Scallop Linguine which was very good but skimpy on the sea-food. I had lasagna...very good.

We showed up today wirh a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed their meal! Norma took care of us all with efficiency, humor and kindness.

The Tuscan grilled chicken is out of this world. The 4 cheese ravioli is not on the menu you have to already know it's there to be able to order it. Love this place!

It wasn't very busy .. my. Pasta was very dry and waitress never came back to check on me or my party... So we did without drinks. Had to get someone's attention to find our waitress.. it took 20 mins to get our check and a to go bag ... Was disappointed

Love the food at Carrabba's. Our server. Daniel was the best! Our party of 6 had an excellent time.

Server was very nice. They delivered the food all at once My soup was not done and time for main menu. This was lunch, maybe others want it fast, not me

My husband and I eat at Carrabba's often. But I can honestly say this has been my worst experience by far. First the waitress right out ignored us, trying not to even make eye contact. I understand you get busy, but she could of at least acknowledged us (there was hardly any one in the restaurant). When we got our food it was lukewarm. It just amazes me how the customer service skills kick in when it's time to pay the check and leave a tip.

The delivery form here is so fast! Best dinner I have had lately!!!

We enjoyed my bday dinner here and we had such a great time!!! The food was fresh and fantastic; the ambiance was old world lovely! Our waiter was the best I've ever had anywhere...professional, efficient and kind. I can't wait for our next visit to this delicious restaurant!!
