Carrabba's Italian Grill

Fantastic food and service! Everything is always very fresh and the service is phenomenal. Even if you have the slightest issue they will take care of it. This is by far one of the best chain restaurants in my opinion. I highly recommend sitting at the bar in front of the chefs where they cook. You can often get little extras from them!!

Waiting was long but was worth it. Foods was so delicious & fresh and servers are friendly.

I have never been in your restaurant. I loved it. I was given a gift card for Christmas but I live out of town. I had to wait a bit but it was worth it all. I had the Salmon and salad

BEST. ITALIAN. FRESH. SINFUL. Consistent with good food, good service, good atmosphere, cold beer, and some nice specials on occasion.

This is one of my Favorite places to go!! Atmosphere is always pleasant, the drinks, and food is always on point!

Severely disappointed. Salad was nothing but old and rotted pieces of lettuce. My husband's chicken parmesan was burnt breading. Our waiter barely came by. Had empty glasses sitting for long periods of time. When kindly pointing out the salad, no apology. Over the years this place is not what it used to be.

The food is always fresh and delicious I couldn't have thought of a better restaurant to eat at this was my wife and I 3rd. Visit it had been a while since we had come to eat great food. The is 100% authentic we always get excellent service no matter if we dine or get it to go I will highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Excellent. Curbside order was early and delivered with a smile. Food was hot and delicious. Great job folks during this challenging time. Other places close by like Panera you just don’t see the hustle or interest in your business. That government money coming in creates entitlement not excellence. Great job Carraba’s.

Food was amazing, server on the other hand was awful. For two adults and a child giving an intial $10 tip is very good and generally exceeds the 10% gratuity. Water was never refilled. Wine glass came out with lipstick on half of the rim. And almost every item removed from the table was by other staff after she neglected to take it with her upon leaving our table. He conversations with other we her top priority. Manager comped the who bill wich is the first I've ever head of being done. As long as she isn't waiting on us will be back with hopefully 5 stars.

Great place for dining. Delicious dinner options, all Italian cuisine. Very fast service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Liked so much that I'll be visiting again for a dinner and most definitely next time I'm in Columbus.

Every time I come here, whether it be with family or friends, we enjoy every minute of it! The hosts offer a warm and sincere greeting, the servers are knowledgeable are courteous, management is active and visits the tables to do quality checks, and I’ve even had the bartender come over to the table to ensure a complicated drink order was to our liking. The wait times are reasonable, the staff is extremely accommodating, the restaurant is always impeccably maintained...never a negative word to be said when we come for an evening out. Keep up the good work!

Every time we've gone the food is consistently good, order is always correct, and waiters and waitresses are fast and nice. We went on Valentine's day so they were understandably busy, the wait was a little long to be sat but again busy day so understandable. Once we were seated it took the normal amount of time for drinks, appetizers, and even food to come out.

Waitress was very nice. I had the lasagna and it was a little too cheesy flavor for me. Ordered the house salad where the carrots were all in one area. The service was very good but the food wasn't that great. My husband had a sirloin. Cooked the way he wanted but was very tough. It was also very small. He had more spinach then he did meat. We probably will return but only because that is where our son likes to go for his birthday. Otherwise I would choose Olive Garden or Fazoli if I want Italian. And my husband would choose Longhorn.
