Carrabba's Italian Grill

Carrabba's saved Easter. We ordered online and did curbside pickup. Everything was perfect. The order was correct. The food was delicious. Everyone was very happy. Thank you Carrabba's!!

Nick served, fantastic! Nick was on it like whoa! The entire restaurant is "cleansiderate" with ample space between patrons and OH YEAH!...The food is tastier than ever...probably because we haven't been able to eat out In months!

Tonight was the first time we have ever had to order delivery from Carrabba's. What a nice experience. Our order was delivered in under the estimated time, the food was hot and of the same quality we would have gotten if we were sitting in the restaurant. Kudos to the manager Mike and the entire Carrabba's crew.

Don't waste your time. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for delivery. Received no meatballs or bread. When I called manager said she would deliver bread on next to go order or she would bring it. Which didn't occur. When I opened the spaghetti there were no meatballs even though it is on receipt and I paid for it. I emailed without response. I called and was placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes when the hostess came back I was informed that he "the manager" could not talk to me however someone in the background told her he was outside. Poor poor customer service! Total bill with to was 15.81 and not sure my "half a meal" was worth it....UPDATE Spoke to Jesse and he was very apologetic and offered to make it right.

Slow motion service - this is a relaxed atmosphere best enjoyed when you truly are in no rush to get someplace after you eat. Good lunch traffic. My third visit all with same lack of respect for my time. Chain has good reputation for flavorful food but ... You in hurry? NO SOUP FOR YOU! With apologies to Seinfeld TV series😊

Tried Carrabba’s for the first time today. Our server was a really awesome girl with a short bob. Was super attentive and sweet! We ordered the Chicken Bryan pizza and Tomato Basil Salmon with a yummy side of mashed potatoes. For the soup we chose the Sicilian Chicken soup. We loved everything. Even their complimentary fresh baked bread. Will definitely return to try more entrees and desserts!

The best ever, great service and huge portions. Love Italian food and enough left over for a second helping. .PERFECT 😊

Surprisingly good. I was reading a lot of one star reviews just before placing a curbside order and was very hesitant to even order but my husband insisted since we got a gift card for Xmas. We both ordered pasta dishes. Spaghetti and meatballs and pasta carrabba. We chose salads for our sides. Both dishes were hot and cooked correctly. Salads had no brown lettuce and bread was very soft. The only complaint I have was the wait time. We were told 20 minutes for pickup and when we arrived we had to call and say we were outside waiting. The girl then still took another 10 minutes to bring out food. She did apologize for wait though so we did tip her even though my husband didn't want to. Overall this was a good experience. Thank goodness, after reading the bad reviews. I believe most of them were based on inside the restaurant which is also why we did a curbside order.

The waitress was good. Along with the food as well. The service was also incredible.

Waited an hour and a half past expected pick up time for my take out order. This location has really take a down turn. So sad. Will never come back. Go to Texas road house next door. You will have a better experience. I promise you.

Still the best Calimari around. Pizza, seems to have suffered though. When I had it years ago, it was cracker-crisp crust. This time ... Pretty soggy, but still tasted good. Place was packed, so I sat at the bar and got my food quickly.

First time out to eat in two months really nice to see everyone at the establishment doing the best for social distancing especially wearing the mask, food and service was excellent as usual!

Very nice meal. Had the mahi. It was done just right. Good flavor, not over seasoned. Service was attentive, but not hovering. Will be back for sure.

Dinner on Christmas eve and the four of us had great meals and a good time. We called ahead and set a time up. When we arrived the place had many people waiting and all tables seemed full. A table was ready for us in about 15 minutes. They had full staff working and all were working very efficiently. Ordering, drinks, soup and main meal all came quickly and everything was great. We were very happy with our meal and service. Congratulations to the staff on a very busy night. Great job!

We ended up here completely by accident but WOW! So glad we did! The menu has a great variety. We had filet mignon since it was mothers day...it was amazing! This is our new special occasion destination. Worth the splurge!
