EVERYTHING on the menu is great!!! The servers are friendly and have this energy that rubs off on me. It is a great place even for kids. My family loves to be served by Yessenia A. Because she's great with people and funny, always smiling. She really looks like she's enjoys her job!!! A+

Food was delicious oil was fresh so the fries and fish tasted great. Wings were awesome! Moist tender and meaty, service was fair. Server was busy so others took up the slack. Will be back.

Service was awesome. Had the beer battered green beans and the Carolina Reaper. Both tasted great. This is the forth time I've been there. I will definitely be back .

Outstanding Service - Great FoodCame here on Thanksgiving day after learning that a Thanksgiving meal was offered. Our server, Kaleb, was phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable and personable; a miracle worker in the flesh. Food came quickly and was prepared perfectly (was Chef Ramsey in the back?). It was nice and hot and flavourful.

Let me tell you, ALEX is the best waitress here. We came in on Monday and today (Thursday) because of her. She has so much positive energy. So friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back because of her great customer service.

The grilled fish tacos were delicious(the mango salsa is like candy!), the swiss melt burger...amazing! Kaleb was our waiter and he was very attentive to our needs, and the needs of his other tables. My husband ordered a mojito. The only thing I can recommend about the mojito is to ask for a top shelf vodka/alcohol instead of the usual alcohol used. It was very busy and we were nervous about sitting on the patio on such a cold night even though it was heated. It proved to be a very pleasant experience. The wait time was minimal. Carolina Ale House never disappoints us!

Had an issue with my food and the manager handled it immediately. He was very nice and made sure he took care of his customer. Great customer service!!!!

I've been here twice now - food was great both times and employees are very pleasant. They get busy and it can take some time to place orders & get refills. The first time I sat and waited to be acknowledged for almost 5 minutes. Totally not a big deal but I started wondering if they were ever going to ask if I wanted to order food or drinks. This last time we had a big group and although we waited for a bit to get drinks and appetizers ordered I think the staff wanted to make sure everyone in our group was there first. It was nice having a side room to ourselves and we all got our food at about the same time. Will be back for future outings.

I’ve loved this places since moving to Fayetteville 3 years ago, great food and service. And even with the virus going on, the curbside pick up is great, can’t wait for it to be opened at regular operation after everything clears up.

Our group of 20 ladies met here for lunch. Our server's were awesome. We will be back! Everyone had a fantastic times, the atmosphere was great, food was great and we had plenty to take home. Portion size was ample. I had never been here before. Several of the Red hatter's had been here before and suggested it again today. What a great treat. I selected the Reuben and sweet potato waffle fries which was great. I enjoyed everything.l!

Great place to watch the game or play pool. They have a covered patio with windows that close so the winter is warm and the summer you get the fresh breeze. The food is a deluxe bar menu. The service is normally good. They ever have a private room you can reserve. This location keeps the standards of the local chain.
