Excellent service and the food was great

Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful new restaurant. Food and wine are very good. Service a little slow because they didn't expect to be so busy on a Wednesday night but waiter was so nice.

My wife and I enjoyed a celebratory dinner here yesterday for a friend's birthday. We enjoyed drinks, an appetizer, and entrees. Everything that we had was good and reasonably priced. This restaurant is only about three months old, and they are experiencing a few growing pains with their newfound popularity. However, our experience was still a good one with polite service and good food. We will be back to enjoy more, and if you are in the area then this one is worth checking out.

My meal was wonderful and I changed a lot of thing that were on the menu. My red wine blend was wonderful!!

Last night was my second visit to Carmela's, and the first for my wife. My first visit a few months ago was at a very busy time, but the service did not suffer. I ordered eggplant parmigiana, my go-to dish at an Italian restaurant that is new to me. It was quite good. This time I ordered the special for the night, penne pasta with mixed sausages and peppers in a marinara sauce. It not only provided a dinner, it will be today's lunch and perhaps a snack as well! It was delicious. My wife ordered seafood risotto and may make three full meals out of it. We were there early because of an evening commitment and were able to sit on the outside patio, which was most pleasant. Our server was the owners' son, and the owner came out to chat with us. Excellent service and personable folks. I love being able to support local restaurants, and really appreciate the addition of Carmela's to our area. Almost a year since they opened, and they're doing it right. I wish them every success!

Do yourself a favour go to Carmelas . Great food wonderful wine and a full bar. The owner is a great guy

It was our first time and we went for brunch. I'll give it an A. I had filet and eggs and a bloody Mary. My wife had the Fra Diavalo minus the eggs. Both of our meals were excellent. The French fries were particularly good and non oily. I think we both agreed that we would give the peach belini and the bloody Mary a C rating. Both Ralph and June were excellent hosts, welcomed us in and took great care of us. We definitely will go back and try more menu items.

Beautiful inside, I love Italian food. My wife liked her spaghetti. The lasagna wasn't that good. Service was really slow, never offer the dinner special like other tables, never received a drink refill.

Excellent food, service,and atmosphere.

Large separate dining rooms, cozy decor. Food tasted fresh. I'd go back!

A good friend is the head chef here. They never disappoint me.
