I am writing this review because this is my 2nd time visiting this establishment and received poor customer service. I went in to order lunch for my family and noticed an in proper infarction. A young lady who removed fish pot cover and place it on top of the Brown stew chicken. I brought it to her attention and received nothing but attitude. The young lady who was sharing my lunch decided to share it and leave it on the counter and began taking other orders. When I noticed this I brought it to her attention and received more attitude. There was no manager on site to report this so I had no choice but to walk out. The only reason why I'm giving this one star is because Google is forcing me to. These ladies need to work on their attitude and customer service. I tried to support black business.

It's ok. I had their curry chicken for the first time. Nothing special to brag about. My friend said the fish is the best. Portion size was not as much as other locations. Doubt I'll go back unless it's the only place in the area that's open.

Keeping your guests loyal, satisfied and maintaining your standards after almost 2 decades in business is a high jinx affair. Carl's Seafood is known for accomplishing that. Despite the strong competition in the neighborhood for authentic Jamaican cuisine the original restaurant at this location with it's centralised status, pulsating atmosphere and competitive pricing continues to feed the cravings of the lunch crowd, evening diners and caterded affairs. Carl's continues to keep a winning formula by focusing on it's core base customers while being adept to offer special holiday menus at seasonal trends to move and excite the palate.

The food is constantly fresh and yummy, cashiers hands out great customer service. I like how clean it is and ambience. I highly recommend this spot.

Just cannot go wrong Carl's seafood. Food is always delicious portions are generous cost is fantastic.

Had a fabulous time. The service was good, the staff were very attentive. The food was prepared like home cooking. Very authentic and generous portions at an affordable price. The music in the background also sets the mood for an enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend you try it out if you are in the area

Oxtails were on point. Highly recommend. Price is right.

Nice Carribean restaurant. Staff was friendly. The Jamaican authenticity is definitely questionable. The setting was nice. There colors are blood red, green & gold. Interesting choice of colors. Never saw a Jamaican flag with red. Made place more vibrant.

I buy stew peas the other day and it was sour smelling I called the ladies attention about It i was told to bring it back I did I received another food but this time it was not sour it was no meat in the stew peas and rice I was told because it's a small why there no meat in my stew peas I never heard that before buying from any Jamaican restaurant...I was disoppointed how rude that gurl was too smh
