My husband and I aren't big fast food eaters but occasionally we'll grab a burger from Carl's Jr. On our recent visit we decided to try their promo burger "Guacamole double cheeseburger" because we love guac. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. There really was no real guacamole on it. Just chunks of tomatoes, onions and a bit of thin green sauce looking stuff. We ended up adding our own avocado. So disappointing. Save your money, it's not worth it.

I never can believe I get two Carl's "famous stars" for $5. My wife and I come here for a quick, cheap, incredibly delicious hamburger. It's cool. It's the best for the money. Oh yeah, their fries are the best, too.

Ordered for delivery via DoorDash, and I'm accounting for that, but I have a few complaints. (1) There was no option for a side of fries IN A COMBO MEAL, I had to order a side of 'taters' then pay extra for a side of fries from the "Sides" menu. (2) I ordered a chicken tenders combo because the tenders USED to be the best tenders, even compared to chicken wing joints but apparently they changed their recipe and they suck. In addition to that, there was almost no chicken in the tenders... just a bunch of fried breading. (3) They don't allow for notes on items when ordering via DoorDash so when I ask for a side sauce, I literally get one... for 5 chicken tenders. Rant over, not ordering again.
