Ordered 2 of thier double sliders and a spicy chicken sandwich plain, cashier was to busy goofing around to listen to order waited almost 10 mins for the food got into my car and the burgers were dry as can be and looked to be about 2 hours old, I went back in and asked if they would eat the sandwich considering it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted, the manager came up and lied straight to my face saying she had just cooked it fresh for me l The last straw was them bottom of the burgers looked as though mold was growing on them, I asked for a refund and the manager Arianna said they only give refunds when it is thier fault and it's not her problem I didn't like my burgers cold and old because that's how they come.Have contacted corporate and will be filling a fraud claim with my bank tomorrow, it's not a matter of the money it's the principal. Carl's Jr has lost me as a customer because of this manager(if you could even call her that when she acts like a petulant child)
