I swear these employees cant even take a order. I always order a CHARBROILED CHICKEN SALAD and i speak it clear into the mic. And they always mess up my order. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The salads are my favorite but other than that the food isnt worth the money. Go elsewhere.

The order took long for me to get, but I was given a large order of fries for waiting so long. Great surprise.

Good food. Got the 2 sausage and egg biscuits for $2.50 and it was a great value

Thank God carls junior is brought back the jury so biscuit and burrito they once again have my business for breakfast

Great vege burger, beats Burger King hands down

Food was cold even after they told me wait by the double doors up front. Also green burrito platter not worth 12 bucks

I'm a burger fan. Fancy burger, home cooked, fast food....you name it. From all of the fast food burger joints, to me this chain is the best. Juicy pattys and good sizes. This time I had the "really big Carl". Great burger, fresh lettuce, and fresh buns. Will order it again soon.

Went thru the drive thru they made us pull around and wait 20 more mins. Half of the order was cold by the time they got us our food

Not a breakfast person. So a big bacon, avacado burger really hits the spot at 9 am. ! Thanks

The fries were hot but they should have fresher buns and make sure the meat is HOT not just warm. :(

Tired of being asked to leave the drive thru and sit in the parking lot to wait5 minutes for my order. Especially since I was the only customer in line. Im done with Carl.

Went through drive-thru to have me park in front of the double doors to wait for my food... sounds about the story for this location. Ordered a burrito with chicken, gave me steak? Employees have attitude and not courteous at all.. won’t eat here again
