Went through the drive thru which was fast. Friendly person taking the order as well as payment. Had the new Beyond meat Famous Star which I found quite good.( Have tried Del Tacos Beyond taco and did not like it.) The girl told me they have been running out. This Carl's Jr. is much better than the one on Glenoaks in Glendale.

I found a hair in my burger and I look they are not wearing hair net. I was so disgusted. It may look clean from the outside but from the inside it was dirty. There was food on the chairs. I don’t recommend you to go to THIS Carl’s Jr.

On December 26th at around 10pm my parents went to the drive thru and the employee at the window said that they had to go inside to order. Once inside my 75 year old father ordered his food at the counter. They explained that they weren't taking drive thru orders because an employee had her purse stolen. About 20 mins later no sandwich came out. When my dad asked about his sandwich they said they were making someone else's who had just come thru the drive thru. My dad said well i have to leave so "can i please just please have a refund as i came prior to the person in the drive thru and need to leave." They said their manager was on break so no refund could be accomplished. She then told my dad that he was entitled. When he asked how that could be and explained that he had arrived prior to the car she continued to berate him and made further belittling and rude comments. No way we'll ever return.

had no beef at all, only able to buy spicy chicken sandwich or french fries thats it. mgmt dropped the ball BIG TIME. Not returning.

Expensive. Waited 10-15 mins in drive thru aft 1 AM. They ran out of EVERY sauce and handed me a little packet of chalula hot sauce!!!!
