Probably my most favorite fast food restaurant of all fast food restaurants!

Typically good CJ fair. Spooky quiet.

I wouldn't even order food from here. Looked like there was only one person working at almost 9am. I used the restroom first and the toilets and the floors were dirty. There wasn't toilet paper in either bathroom. There wasn't garbage laying around but the tables were dirty. There was one lady making something and another lady walked up to the register punched in something then walked out from behind the counter. Neither woman said a word to me. I left without ordering anything

terrible. #12 came with half a hard salad! the restaurant or the company did not even try to contact me to address... very bad. it says it all. if ir was a business carrying about its quality of service it could have immediately reached out. nothing came..of course they never contacted me. another time the order was for a low carb hamburger. when i checked the take out, it was a bun instead of lettuce...

Convenient location, food was good and as ordered, wait wasn't too long. I always appreciate Carl's non-beef options as I don't eat beef or pork.

Good value for money restaurant. Great food. The rest rooms can be update but other than that the overall experience was wonderful.

They got the majority of the order wrong. It was very half as sed and they clearly dont care.

This was on Warm Springs Blvd. in Fremont, CA. The Burger was delicious 😋 as always, however this time service was lacking. One young lady at counter working the counter and drive thru window with people waiting at both. Her lazy co-workers knew she was swamped and just watched. The manger did not say anything. I salute the young lady she maintained her composer, and had a pleasant greeting & smile for everybody. The co-workers should have been fired, the manager disciplined, and the young lady elevated to manager!

To say that the service was horrible is an understatement. This experience was unbelievable!!! I ordered 3 burgers and a salad and it took 20 mins of waiting after the order was made to receive the food. Mind you there was a line of cars going around the building and all the guy said was were doing a shift change! The then gives me my meal and as i drive off i noticed that the $8 salad i ordered came with a rubber band and a paper plate. This place officially disgusted me to the point that we will never go there again. I hope corporate sees this and looks at the garbage that's becoming the service at Carl's Jr. Which deserves a law suit for false advertisement.

Just arrived at my destination after stopping here. Night time, menu lights weren't on. No greeting. Called into speaker, no response. Pulled forward, maybe speaker is broken? Two cars ahead of us. Literally sit behind these two cars for ten minutes. Finally get to the window. Ordered at the window (since speaker hadn't worked).They charged me $5 for a chicken tender meal and they gave me chicken stars.

Customer service could use some help, their English is not very good to say the least. Was surprised by the vegetables, lettuce and tomatoes where soggy. Hopefully next time it's better and we can update this. Been here once before and it was good.

I love the chairboiled burgers

It was not the lady's fault at the register that customer service is horrible here. I don't mean in terms of how I was treated because the lady was really nice. But after waiting for like 3 or 4 minutes at the register she asked me what I wanted, clicked a few buttons, walked away to deliver some food to the drive thru, came back and took my card, walked away again to take a drive thru order, came back again and handed me my card and kindly apologized. How can you have one person running the register both in the front and the drive thru? Thats just terrible.
