We went for the first time on Valentine's Day! It was lovely! Our waitress was incredibly diligent and thoughtful throughout our dining experience. People are right saying it is a hidden gem on the Eastside! All of the dishes looked amazing and we can't wait to go back.

The best Italian restaurant in Milwaukee that I have found. The owner and staff are incredible, the food delicious. I will be going here quite often - and so should you!

I'm not a big Italian person but I do enjoy oysters and clams. I had the lamb chops which were perfectly cooked. The only negative was that my boyfriend's steak was medium which is not what he asked for.

The dough was nice and crispy and puffed around the edges, and a little softer towards the middle--the authentic way Sicilian's cook pizza. I had the foccacia, and there was so much flavor on this simple dish. Freshly chopped garlic, oil, basil, oregano, and I added bruschetta tomatoes to finish--it was perfect. Light, yet flavorful.

Very nice old world neighborhood Italian restaurant. They package and sell their spices and sauces.

Fantastic authentic Italian cuisine served by a family that has been in the Italian food business for a lifetime. Thank you Peter and family for a wonderful meal.

The margherita pizza was perfect. The main courses we ate were off the charts. It was all so good that we had no left overs. Great authentic selections. Great service too. Carini's knocked it out the park.

Excellent. Very authentic. The Carini's house Chianti is quite good. Always a good meal and great service.

On to the food; I'm gluten free so there are gluten free options. The noodles were ok, but I've had better gluten free noodles. That was neither here nor there because I was just grateful there was an option for me. My biggest qualm was that this wasn't the most delicious Alfredo I ever tried. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and I was so disappointed. They have their own seasoned salt that I guess they make in-house?

Okay restaurant. Large portions, a bit pricey. Servers are very nice, but the ceiling fans could use a good swipe. Food tastes just like any other Italian American food, no surprises there, tastes exactly how you expect it to. Good place for family meals or meeting.
