Carillon Historical Park welcomes you to the nation's first production brewery housed in a museum. Carillon Brewing Co is a place where the 1850s in Dayton comes alive. Historical recipes, ingredients, and techniques are used right before you to reproduce the ales that Daytonians once enjoyed. Each drink is a story about how beer has changed over time. Our hearty fare continues this dedication to history by sharing dishes by the early immigrant brewers. (Food served 11:00am-9:00pm daily.)

Great food, prices, and there is a drink there I loved an can't think of the name non alcoholic beverage some kind of cream sickle

Dined here twice and both times I have experienced excellent service, good food and drinks and an awesome atmosphere. Will continue to come back!

I've been here many times and loved it, so went to visit for my birthday around 8:10pm. The hostess was about to seat us when another person interrupted her and informed us they were no longer seating anyone because the kitchen closed at 9pm (posted hours are till 10pm). She was extremely unapologetic and just awkwardly stared at us until we left. Unbelievable.

Yes. I have been there with a group of 20-25. Food in buffet setup was good. Great setup for birthday or any other group.

The food is not that good and beer at Warped Wing is far better.

This is not the restaurant.

I don't know about this time off year

Call them to ask them. This isn't the place to ask about reservations.

Carillon Brewing Co. Is happy to take reservations. The only exception is during A Carillon Christmas. We do not take reservations after 4:00 p.m. on any day when that event is taking place.
