Convenient location, nice patio seating, comfy armchairs inside. Friendly, helpful staff. Always clean.

Amazing little coffee shop, not unlike Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts but better than both. The coffee is bold and wild in just so good. So if you're in Minnesota there is a caribou on pretty much every corner. Caribou is to Minnesota was Starbucks is to Washington except better.

Very Good

This place is better than Starbucks. The food is Super Fresh, tasty and the employees are very nice. Even if you don't know what you want, you can chat with them for a second and they will offer suggestions based on your tastes. It's an excellent place for breakfast or for a tasty cake or pastry fix in the afternoon or evening.

Decent service, okay parking (shares with a bunch of other businesses). When brewed correctly they have the best cold press of all coffee chains. The only thing I would say is sometimes it is not prepared perfectly and you can definitely tell. I do enjoy the Perks Points program they have going now so I can get free drinks/food when I get enough points.

Well situated and nice cosy atmosphere.

Love their rewards system! Much easier than Starbucks. Customer service is almost always friendly and they don't fill up majority of the cup with ice.

This is my first visit to this location and I must admit that i am very impressed. It is a great location with excellent coffee and services. If you are looking for a nice place sit down and relax with a nicely brewed cup of coffee and some chewable, then recommend this Caribou Coffee Shop to you. Their services are excellent++++++++

No matter what the Manager is always so nice and ready to fix anything that isn't up to customer standards. He gives a level of customer service that is of a premium level.

I just ordered a small hot drink and upon receiving it, the cup felt lighter than usual. Now that I am at work, I am able to open the lid and notice the cup is only half full (I have not yet drank out of it). How does this happen????

A little cramped to park close, with the drive through emptying in the same space. Also when ordering inside, the area is a bit tight by the register. I was grateful if wasn't too busy. Seating was ample, service was fast and friendly.
